Welcome to Philly Ex-Offender Real Resources.I say "Real" because there are so many so-called organizations out there that are supposed to help formerly incarcerated persons in Philadelphia. What i have seen is that most these organizations only do minimal and overlapping services.

What happens if your not the target age for these programs,18-27.What if you have a mental illness, sex offense, are or may become homeless.Do not have a computer to apply for the few jobs that hire persons with felony convictions.

This site is also for those going through the system and have not had a disposition in their case(s).

I put this site up to compile resources that I have both personally used or know of people who benefited from.I hope this site is of help to you.-JW
